An occasional lease agreement is an alternative to a regular contract - it is concluded in writing for a fixed period of no longer than 10 years. Increases security and ensures transparency thanks to clear eviction rules. Mandatory elements of the contract are an act of voluntary submission to enforcement concluded in a notarial form and a tenant's declaration indicating the property to move out.
