Rental management on behalf of the owner based on a power of attorney
What is rental management?

- We conclude a GOOD lease agreement on behalf of the owner,
- we monitor payments made by tenants and the condition of the apartment,
- we maintain contact with tenants regarding all issues related to the operation of the property,
- we solve current problems that arise during the term of the premises lease agreement, including breakdowns,
- we collect the apartment and settle the tenant's obligations after the expiry of the lease agreement.

How much does rental administration/management cost?
- until we rent the apartment and we do not charge any fees during the vacancy period. Perhaps, especially when we start cooperation, you will have expenses related to renovation, removal of defects, retrofitting the apartment, purchasing decorations or preparing an energy certificate.,
- in the first month, when the apartment is rented, we charge a fee for comprehensive rental management in the amount of one rent. This is the remuneration for preparing the offer, publishing and promoting it, for searching and verifying a tenant, preparing a lease agreement and for taking care of the apartment in the first month of renting.,
- in the following months, when the apartment is rented, the commission for managing the apartment for rent is 15% of the rent, but not less than PLN 170.
